As certified nutritionists & strength training coaches Amanda & Jai offer a wide range of health and fitness services but their favourite clients come to them with more than 50lbs they'd like to lose; usually overwhelmed with information (or misinformation) many already on their 3rd and 4th attempt to "diet." and people who have had a hard time gaining muscle mass following cookie cutter training programs.



We will help you lose fat at a healthy rate without asking you to make drastic or unrealistic changes to your diet or lifestyle, but more importantly you will learn how to keep it off for good and be your healthiest self.

Many people think they have to eat certain "health foods" or starve to lose fat. This misconception causes a lot of yo-yo dieting, unhealthy binge-and-restrict cycles, and ultimately failure to adhere to a nutrition plan in the long term.

Some may find themselves drinking egg whites or eating plain chicken breasts to put on muslcle mass and end up feeling defeated when they fail to see progress in the mirror.
