As a certified nutritionist I offer a wide range of health and fitness services but my favourite clients come to me with more than 50lbs they'd like to lose; usually overwhelmed with information (or misinformation) many already on their 3rd and 4th attempt to "diet."
I will help you lose fat at a healthy rate without asking you to make drastic or unrealistic changes to your diet or lifestyle, but more importantly you will learn how to keep it off for good and be your healthiest self.
