A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
In 2012 I had tipped the scales at 240lbs; I had little energy for the demands of my two young children, I had a poor self image, and I had "tried it all." I had thrown money at all sorts of gimmicks and MLM pitches; I tried Atkins, Keto, Paleo, Weight Watchers; you name it. Over the next 2 years I learned that no fad, pill, detox or tea could substitute proper nutrition, consistent habits and patience. I continued my education by becoming certified in Sport and Exercise Nutrition so that I could help others just like me.
As a professional Nutrition Coach, my passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body (and mind) is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your body, preferences and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to educate you so you can love and care for your fit body long after we stop working together.
